What you should keep in mind is keeping your back straight, eyes fixed to a point on the ceiling, keeping your knees strong and not letting them buckle and collapse in (you can put a swiss ball in betweeen your legs or tie a dynaband round your legs and keep the resitance taut through the movement) and finally the popular saying, “arse touching the grass.” Simples :-)Side note - need to get me some of those shoes.
